PROJECT FINANCE

SALES - MID TO JUNIOR LEVEL

REQUIREMENTS (Sale of Residential apartments)

Aggressively increasing the tie-ups with untapped channel partners.
Devising strategies and implementing it for Pan India & International Sales.
Responsible for reaching untapped markets (geographically)
Attending all sales & review meeting regarding sales and marketing.
Meeting clients and brokers for generating sales.
Conducting site visits and training for the brokers and clients as and when required.
Initiate Research and competitive analysis w.r.t other competitors and their prices.
Preparing and submitting of Sales report.
Follow up on leads assigned to generate sales.
Participate in road shows, events and exhibitions to be held from time to time.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

REQUIREMENTS (Raising Finance for real estate projects from Banks, NBFCs, PEs or HNIs)

Reaching out to Banks, NBFCs, Private Equity and HNIs to for project financing
Making sure each project has financial closure
Making sure average cost of funds for the group is in control and reduced periodically
Creating all the project cashflows and pitch book for FI interaction
Coordinating with the credit agencies for credit appraisal
