Sugee Samudra Manthan - Beach cleanup drive was organized as an initiative towards ocean cleanliness and conservation.
The beautiful morning was marked by enthusiastic engagement from nature-loving youth, students, and participants of all age groups across Dadar to clean the beloved beach. Along with an active participation to create a cleaner shoreline, we provided essential tools such as gloves, sanitizers, and snacks to all the participants. Additionally, a humorous play was organized for entertainment and to raise awareness about our beautiful oceans.
Together, we have taken a significant step towards preserving our precious natural resources and creating a cleaner and healthier environment for generations to come.

Here’s a heart-warming glimpse of the key handover ceremony of Sugee Atharva. This has been a milestone that we achieved for constructing a project before time and also earning the trust & love of 160+ families at Sugee Atharva.
The celebratory evening was based on the theme of “Naata Vishwasacha” which signifies a relationship of trust. The occasion was sparkled with joy and laughter as dreams transformed into reality. Renowned actors, Ashok Saraf and Nivedita Saraf, shared their heartwarming homebuying journey and emphasized the significance of home in our daily lives. Gracing the event with her presence, Sonali Bendre eloquently expressed her vision of a perfect home and felicitated the dedication of our construction team. Siddharth Chandekar and Mitali Mayekar flawlessly weaved the evening together. The mesmerizing dance performance also touched hearts deeply.
From personalized nameplates to pottery-making sessions and beautiful plants, every token of appreciation served as a reminder of cherished memories. A Marathon was organised in association with Shivaji Park Gymkhana on 20th Aug 2023 with an aim to promote fitness and a healthier way of living. The event began with a spirited Zumba session, followed by the marathon. During this 5km run, we witnessed enthusiastic participation from individuals spanning all age groups, underscoring the significance of health and fitness for everyone. The exhilarating event culminated with presenting medals to all the participants and bestowing of awards upon the winners.

An insightful 4-day training session was organized for all our esteemed Channel Partners. The event began with presentations from authorized dignitaries, covering essential MahaRERA rules and regulations. The Dadar beach clean-up drive was organized as an initiative towards environmental sustainability. We actively participated in the event in collaboration with the Maharashtra Navnirman Paryavaran Sena, an organization dedicated to preserving the environment through various initiatives along with the beach clean-up drives and other environmental projects. The evening was marked by enthusiastic engagement as we worked together to clean the Dadar beach. Along with an active participation to create a cleaner shoreline, we provided the essential tools such as gloves, sanitizers, beverages & snacks to all the participants. We firmly believe that this step will contribute significantly to our ongoing journey of mitigating marine pollution.

We embarked on a new journey as we prepared to announce our new residential project in South Mumbai. ‘Janata Raja’, a six-act Marathi play captures the life and accomplishments of Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The play is based on the works of eminent historian and Padma Vibhushan awardee Shiv Shahir Babasaheb Purandare. Sugee Group was fortunate to contribute to the success of this 5-day event where every evening was filled with vibrant colours, firecrackers, and a lot of enthusiasm amongst the artists as well as the audience. The play was conducted in Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Park and saw a footfall of over 8000 audiences every evening.
